scary flashback to SP
my housemate just blew up and was throwing stuff and its scary.she broke the clock and glass cups and i want to cut and i dont know what to do to make it be less scary.i hate this. she's done it before and the last time she went to the hospital. katey is just letting her go off and do whatever. i want someone to hold me and tell me it will be okay.i want a mommy.

I'm sorry we weren't on when you left us a msg. Wish you would have called us, but I understand it was late. Dawn was in the other room with her mother. I wish there was a way we would have know you were on. Many hugs.
It will be okay. You're safe. You can keep yourself safe when things like that happen. Walking away is best; To somewhere safer. The children inside like stuffies when they are scared. I know your an adult, but perhaps something like that may help if something like this happens again.
I just wish you could have called. We would have gotten on.
